5th: ARGENTIENEAN BEEF- SMOKE WITH LOCAL WOOD
6th: THE BEST RIB EYE OF YOUR LIFE

The roast will be accompanied by a ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALDAD and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE.
During dinner we will share a MALBEC WINE.
