3: Food tour on Cyclo (Cyclo is a vehicle in which a man on the back cycles and guests sit in front)

First, coming to a 3-generation-family business to try their dishes:
Bánh canh Nam Phổ (a kind of soup which is made from tapioca)
Bánh Nậm (made from rice flower cake)
Bánh Lọc (Made from Tapioca powder)
Bánh Ram Ít (made from sticky rice flower)

Walking from this bank of Perfume River to other side and coming to a vendor who is very popular to the local over 45 years for her Bun Hen (tiny clam noodle)

We then keep walking into Citadel and find a very popular lady for Bun bo Hue.
