Traditional Cooking Class in San Gimignano

During this hands on lesson, we will share some traditional recipes we always seen in our families. Antipasti with a varietal of bruschette and cheese, meat ragù, handmade pasta, such as tagliatelle, and desserts are the dishes we will prepare and eat together. 

Our lunch cooking class starts at 10 am on Tuesday and Friday, while the dinner cooking class begins at 17 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our classes lasts about 4 hours and half.

Hands on cooking class for pasta dough which we'll use for tagliatelle, homemade ragù, chicken cacciatore and chocolate lava cake. Everything washed down with a couple of glasses of our wines produced at the estate. Apron and recipes to take home included for every partecipants.
