You will enjoy the town of Jasper’s beautiful sights, Maligne Canyon and the crystal blue waters of Maligne Lake. At Maligne Lake you have a chance to take an unforgettable cruise to Spirit Island (Optional).

Itinerary

Day 1: Calgary - Columbia Icefield - Jasper Town

Stop At: Bow Lake, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
It is the headwaters of the Bow River that runs south through the city Calgary and onto the Oldman River ultimately to Hudson Bay
Duration: 20 minutes

Pass By: Icefields Parkway, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
One of Canada's national treasures and most rewarding destinations. Stretching 232km (144mi) through the heart of Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks World Heritage Site, this world-class journey offers access to a vast wilderness of pristine mountain lakes, ancient glaciers and broad sweeping valleys.

Stop At: Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre, Highway 93 Icefields Pkwy, Improvement District No. 12, Jasper National Park, Alberta T1L 1J3 Canada
At the edge of the Columbia Icefield, hop out to explore a small corner of the largest icefield in North America. Consider OPTIONAL tours to the Ice Explorer and Columbia Icefield Skywalk, Once in a lifetime experience to visit the heart of the incredible Icefields Parkway, one of the largest non-polar ice fields in the world.

After Snocoach, continuing on experiencing features waterfalls, wildlife, fossils and more on an exciting 1-kilometre walkway that leads to a platform where glass is all that separates you from a 918-foot (280 m) drop. Step out on a cliff-edge walkway where giant glaciers perch above you and the spectacular Sunwapta Valley spreads out below - Skywalk (Optional)

It is not one of the highest waterfalls, but is rather known for the shear amount and force of the water that flows through it from the Columbia Glacier.

Day 2: Jasper Town - Maligne Lake - Maligne Canyon - Peyto Lake - Crowfoot Glacier- Calgary

Stop At: Maligne Lake Rd. 44 km southeast of Jasper, Jasper National Park, Alberta Canada
It is the largest natural lake in the Canadian Rockies. You can take an OPTIONAL cruise to enjoy the scenery of the lake.

It is carved into the Palliser Formation, a layer of limestone deposited in a shallow tropical sea by lime-secreting plankton about 365-million years ago.
Duration: 30 minutes

Pass By: Medicine Lake, Jasper National Park, Alberta Canada
Medicine Lake is one of the largest known sinking rivers in the Western Hemisphere and may be the largest inaccessible cave system anywhere in the world.

Stop At: Peyto Lake, Icefield Parkway, Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
It is a glacier-fed lake in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies. During the summer, significant amounts of glacial rock flour flow into the lake, and these suspended rock particles give the lake a bright, turquoise color. (if closed, replaced by Waterfowl Lakes)
Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Crowfoot Glacier, Improvement District No. 9, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
Named after its shape when was discovered. A must-see stop with the climate change nowadays. The “Third Toe” was melted and barely visible.
Duration: 15 minutes
