The Selous is the largest game reserve and one of the favourite game viewing areas in Africa, is amongst the largest protected wet wilderness areas in Africa, SELOUS GAME RESERVE located in the Southern part of Tanzania, large area of the reserve is drained by the Rufiji River. There are over 2,000 species of plants, over 430 species of birds, and 60 species of mammals, plenty of wildlife including Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Buffalos, Hippos, and Crocodiles.

Day 1: Hotel in Zanzibar or Zanzibar airport.

Stop At: Nyerere National Park, Tanzania
A full day game drive at Nyerere National Park is an exciting opportunity to explore the diverse and stunning wilderness of this iconic Tanzanian park. Lasting from early morning until late afternoon, the adventure begins as we set out in sturdy, open-top safari vehicles with experienced guides who possess intimate knowledge of the park's terrain and its inhabitants.
Throughout the day, we'll traverse a variety of landscapes, from rolling savannahs to dense riverine forests, in search of the park's abundant wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for majestic elephants, graceful giraffes, imposing lions, graceful antelopes, and an array of colorful bird species. The guides will share their expertise, pointing out animal behaviors, tracking elusive creatures, and explaining the complex ecosystem that supports these magnificent creatures.
By the end of the full day game drive, you'll know the raw beauty and rich biodiversity of Nyerere National Park, creating memories to last a lifetime.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive Mikumi Park

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, 255 Tanzania
Day 1 – A full day of Adventure

Upon arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by our Driver Guide and proceed for a full day game drive. Afternoon you will enjoy bush lunch, the most fantastic experience; your day will be filled with exploring the park’s wildlife from your seat open-roofed vehicle.

This comfortable and privileged journey through the wild African bush is a chance of a lifetime! You can expect to see many African mammals, including elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalo, zebra and even the rare African wild dog.
