The northernmost village of the Cinque Terre is Monterosso, which is divided into two sides: the historic center and the "new" side called Fegina, with a pedestrian tunnel connecting the two. After continuing on to see Monterosso, we will return to end the tour here in Vernazza.

Pass By: Riomaggiore, Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre, Italian Riviera, Liguria
The last village of the Cinque Terre we come across is Riomaggiore. With brightly colored houses built vertically into the surrounding hills, Riomaggiore is the second largest of the five villages and is widely known for the excellent diving spots off its coast in the marine protected area that stretches all along the Cinque Terre.
