Cooking is always a great experience. Our chefs will help you the to make the most of your trip. Spanish food is rich in simple recipes that you will be able to cook again when you go back home.

Itinerary

Spanish food is, in many ways, a combination of several different cultural legacies. First of all, there’s the fact that Spain itself was formed from the union of several regions with their own languages, traditions, and cuisines.

All of these factors that were mentioned above and more have intersected to give Spain a diverse, complex, and totally unique culinary identity. Today it may be most famous for molecular gastronomy and the global tapas trend, but Spanish food is way more complex and diverse than many people give it credit for.

If we had to choose one of the most emblematic dishes of Spanish cooking, it would be the next ones, that we are going to show you how to cook them:

Patatas Bravas
Gazpacho from Andalusia
Typical Valencian paella
Spanish cheese flan
What’s included: an apron which you can take home with you as a souvenir, a copy of the recipes, the food which we will prepare during the class and wine or soft drinks
We will cook in groups of 4 people each.
