Riverside Thai Cooking Half Day Class
At class you will receive expert tuition on the art of cooking traditional Thai cuisine. You will practice the skills I learnt from an early age cooking with Mama. We will learn all about the many ingredients used in Thai cooking whilst touring a local market. This is followed by hands on experience creating your own Thai dishes. You may find Thai cooking easier than you think and you will have a lot of fun learning. You will also receive detailed recipes of everything learnt during class. I can easily accommodate vegans and vegetarians and cater for people with food allergies. Single travellers, couples, groups and families with children are all welcome.
ItineraryMy Thai Cooking Class starts with the local market tour to learn about Thai herbs, curry pastes and local ingredients. Then there is expert tuition Learn to prepare, cook, present and serve Thai spring rolls and one Thai dish of your choice. Then there is Lunch or Dinner, our Thai cooking course would not be complete without getting to eat what we created. You will also receive free recipes for all the Thai dishes we learnt during your class and more recipes in the future from my Thai Food Mailing list.
