Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive – Rabat

Sightseeing in Rabat: Sultan tombs Chellah Necropolis, Tomb V. Mohamed, Ouadaia Kasbah.

Day 2: Rabat – Fez

Stop At: Moulay Idriss, Moulay Idriss, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
Breakfast. Continue on Moulay Idriss and Volubilis, the old ancient ruined city of the Romans to Meknes. Tour of the city with the most beautiful gate of Morocco, the Bab El Mansour El Aleuj, the storage vault and horse stables and the Medina with the great mosque. Meknes is often also called the Moroccan Versailles and was next to the neighboring Fez for centuries the preferred residence of the rulers of Morocco. In Meknes good wine is grown. Continuation to Fes dinner overnight

Day 3: Fez

Stop At: Fes, Fes, Fes-Meknes
Following breakfast, embark on a journey to discover Fez, the most ancient among the imperial cities. Take the opportunity to explore the three distinct neighborhoods: El Jedid, Fes El Bali, and the Neustadt. Be captivated by the grandeur of the formidable walls encircling the entire historic city. Noteworthy attractions encompass the Batha Palace, which has been transformed into a museum showcasing exquisite crafts from the 19th century, the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Karaouine Mosque, the tomb of moulay Idriss II (the esteemed founder of Fes), and the vibrant pottery district.

Proceed with your journey towards Ouzoud, a captivating destination boasting North Africa's tallest waterfalls, measuring an impressive 110 meters. Delve into the exploration of the falls from different vantage points, relishing in the breathtaking views. Additionally, take advantage of some leisurely time to stroll around, immersing yourself in the serene surroundings, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the macaque monkeys thriving in their natural habitat.

Proceed towards the captivating city of Marrakesh, famously known as the "red city". While enjoying your lunch, take advantage of your free time to explore the city at your own pace. If desired, you can utilize the convenience of a car to visit enchanting gardens, embark on a half-day tour of Marrakech, or even indulge in a memorable camel ride through the serene palm groves.

Day 8: Take a journey to Kasbah Ait Benhaddou and Ouarzazate for an unforgettable day excursion.

Stop At: High Atlas Mountains, 40000 Morocco
Start your journey from Marrakech towards the majestic High Atlas Mountains, as you pass through a charming Berber village. Ascend to the refreshing altitude of 2260 meters at Tizin Tishka, where you will be captivated by the mesmerizing array of colors in the rocks. Take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and immerse yourself in their grandeur.

Stop At: Telouet Kasbah, Telouet Morocco
Continuing on our journey, we will now explore the Kasbah of Telouat, an ancient fortress that was once the residence of the Glaoui Pacha. Following a delightful lunch in the afternoon, we will proceed to the second Valley of Ounila and eventually arrive at the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Although we cannot visit the families who still reside there, you may recognize this location from famous films such as Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and the Prince of Persia. Just 29 km away from Ouarzazate, there is a cinema studio where numerous movies have been filmed. After capturing the breathtaking beauty of Ouarzazate, we will conclude our day and make our way back to Marrakech.
