Meditation in the Mountains of Utah

The Little Dell Recreation area provides the ultimate backdrop for participants to take some time away from their busy lives to reflect and disconnect.

During the first part of this activity we will take some time to chat while sharing some tea or coffee. This will also be a great time to frame up our meditation experience, discuss basic meditation principles and set an intention for the practice.

The second part of the activity will be the practice portion. We will use a mix of walking and seated meditation practices. These practices will be paired with the beautiful Little Dell wilderness to help give participants the ultimate feeling of calm and connection.

In the last part of this experience we will take some time to reflect upon the practice and discuss some different ways in which we would like to apply the techniques learned, to our daily lives.

Itinerary

This experience is offered by an Utah native that has spent extensive amounts of time guiding individuals and groups in the amazing Utah outdoors. When you link nature with self-development activities, it often leads to profound moments of clarity and contentment in ones life.

This experience is open to all humans. There will be a good amount of walking in wilderness terrain. Please come in clothes that are suitable for outdoor recreation. Water, snacks, backpack and journal are all welcomed for this activity.
