Hokkaido Private Sushi Making Experience with a Chef

The experience aims to provide the joy of easily mastering sushi-making skills and the creativity of plating and presenting unique sushi art. Not only will you learn how to make nigiri sushi, but two or more sushi chefs will also carefully teach you how to make hand-rolled sushi. With two sushi chefs for a group of up to eight people, you will receive detailed instruction on the cooking methods and also learn about Japanese food culture.
The minimum number of participants needed to run the event is two.

1. Greetings and explanation of the process.
2. Making sushi rice * Tutorial and hands-on practice of making nigiri sushi.
3. Tutorial and hands-on practice of rolling maki sushi.
4. Plating the sushi.
5. Choose your favorite plate to arrange the sushi.
6. Tasting session.
7. Compare the sushi you made with that of a professional chef.
8. Farewell and a souvenir.
