Take your tasting to the next level with this intimate & premium experience that delves into the nuances of terroir with the St Hallett "Down Underground” tasting experience. The tasting includes a Barossa Regional Platter and museum release single vineyard releases plus our flagship Icon, The Old Block Shiraz.

This is a unique and personalized wine tasting experience which offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a more in depth and exclusive look at our single vineyard Shiraz and how the influence of climate, elevation and soil types steer the personalities of each individual wine.

Relax into our exclusive private underground tasting room – the Old Block Cellar where you will be guided through a carefully curated premium wine flight of both our single vineyard releases as well as our flagship wine, The Old Block Shiraz which is the culmination of the two valleys.
