3 Hour Private Italian Tradition Cooking Class in Brescia

During the cooking class, guests personally experience the art of making pasta and tiramisu by kneading, mixing, and blending with their own hands. a game lesson that will lead them to taste what they have produced. In the end, we leave with the awareness of a new friendship.


After the welcome we proceed to make the tiramisu. A break with appetizers and prosecco and then we will make pasta and ravioli which we will eat with the condiments chosen by them while sipping a good local wine.

Stuffed parmesan baskets
bruschetta with the flavors of the various seasons
• tagliatelle with lemon pesto - homemade tagliatelle served with a dressing based on oil, pine nuts, parmesan, almonds, basil, salt and pepper

• tiramisu - dessert with mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, coffee and cocoa
