Day Time Guided Ski Adventure Near Lake Norvajärvi

We specialise in small groups traveling on our own property. Using skis we will enjoy the silence and beauty of unspoiled nature that makes Lapland so beautiful al while navigating on ski trails that I personally built to make the most out of the different type of terrain you would encounter in the Arctic Forests.

This is a ski tour lasting around 3 hours where we will make our way through swamps, different kinds of forests and the open lake with a nice break at our Ice built Kota before a relaxing end at one of the most stunning views in the whole Rovaniemi area.

Within that time you will learn about the history, geology, culture or whatever interests you while here in Lapland. We are very proud of what we created as it truly is something special and we look forward to showing it to you.

Itinerary

Making the most out of the daylight we will be using our easy to use skis which allow for you to use your own winter shoes. Unlike most major touring companies we will travel on our own ski trails that we built over the summer traveling thought forests, swamps and on the open lake before finishing on the shores of Lake Norvajärvi at our laavu where we can sit back and relax by the fire taking in the breathtaking view and learn more about Finnish culture.

• We provide the skis and ski poles but do ask that you provide your own winter clothing as it can get cold here in the Arctic Circle
