Itinerary

Day 1: Samarkand/Bukhara

Stop At: Samarkand, Samarkand, Samarqand Province
1-Day Meeting guests at the hotel in Samarkand. Transfer to the city of Nurata. Visit the memorial complex "Chashma" and the ruins of the garrison of Alexander the Great. Lunch at a local house. Trip to the Yurt Camp. Rest. Dinner at the camp. Folk songs of the Kazakh akyn. Overnight in yurts.

Until the territory of the Central Asian countries was conquered by the Russian Empire, the territory of the present Nurota region was part of the Bukhara Emirate. After the conquest of Central Asia by the Russian Empire, the eastern part of the region became part of the Samarkand Province of the Russian Empire, and the western part was part of the semi-independent and vassal Bukhara Emirate.
