1. From Incheon Airport
1) At the airport, the driver will wait at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it.
2) The meeting gate is assigned according to your flight number.
3) The driver will be waiting at the airport for free for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time your flight arrives.(which is enough time to complete immigration and customs clearance.)
4) After meeting your driver at the meet up point, driver will escort you to your vehicle.
5) Allowed luggage is limited to one 24-inch suitcase per person.
(Of course, as you can see in the picture, we can carry a little more than the regulations. However, We are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage that exceeds the regulations.)
6) The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
7) The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of your hotel or Airbnb.
2. From Hotel
1) Your driver arrives at the pickup location approximately 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
2) Pick-up location is the hotel lobby or parking lot. (For Airbnb, main entrance.)
3) We will provide you with the driver and vehicle number the day before pickup. (via WhatsApp)
4) If you cannot find driver, please check the parking lot or contact us.
5) It usually takes 1 hour to travel from Seoul to the airport.
(In case of heavy traffic, it may take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you are having difficulty setting a meeting time, please contact us.)

○ Incheon Airport to Seoul: Our driver will standby in front of indoor meeting gate holding a name plate. Meeting gate is assigned by your flight. so, it is easy to find our driver.(Also our driver team will contact you thru whatsapp after you landed.) ○ Seoul to Incheon Airport: Our driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30)
