Wine Tasting Kayak Sunset Trip
A sunset in Halkidiki can be such a magical experience! Wine tasting in Halkidiki, a famous venue for wine-lovers, is also a memorable experience!
This tour combines the best things in life and is designed for guests who are aged 21+. Therefore, if you have been dreaming of paddling against a colorful sunset backdrop, tasting some local wine and cheese, this is your tour!
Throughout the Tour, your local guide will be available to share information on any sightings, as well as provide you with valuable insight into the cultural traditions and natural treasures of the area. Hence, all skill levels can be accommodated, regardless of whether you’re a beginner or an experienced paddler.
The tour meets at our Sea Kayak Halkidiki center in Vourvourou at 5 PM every Saturday afternoon. We start our excursion by paddling in the beautiful calm waters of Vourvourou Bay towards Diaporos island.
Once we experience some of the tranquility that Diaporos island has to offer, we take a short break at the beach, where we have the chance to get out of the kayaks, stretch our legs and enjoy a quick refreshing swim and snorkeling in the cool waters.
During the last part of the trip, you will take a stop at a remote beach to enjoy the amazing colors of the sunset over the Vourvourou Bay, while you enjoy some local wine and cheese, and a fresh fruit salad, made with ingredients specially selected and prepared for our guests. Moreover, we get on top of the rock formations to admire the stunning Sunset view and to capture the tranquility with our cameras!
A short way back paddling to our Sea Kayak Halkidiki center for ending an amazing 3-hour trip on the water.
