Traditional Dinner with a Magnificent View of Corfù

I am Vasilis, a professional cook and I live near Corfu town in a top of a hill. The house is surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and garden. The view is magnificent and from the house terrace you can see the lake, a part of Corfu town, the mouse island, the mountains and the sea. It is quiet and peaceful. There is a family atmosphere. We have a friendly dog, who will be nearby during the meal.

I love the greek kitchen and cooking with fresh local products or my own products. I grow my own vegetables and produce my own olive oil and wine for the family's needs. I love sharing food with friends and I enjoy good company.
I love sailing and I work as a chef in sailing boats. I love traveling, fishing, and walking in the mountains.
