During this activity, guests will experience a unique and intimate dining adventure at a private home restaurant situated in a stunning location between the ocean and the mountains. The picturesque countryside setting offers a sense of exclusivity, complemented by breathtaking views of the Apuan Alps and Tuscany's Skyline. Led by Chef GY DILO, a skilled and worldly professional, guests will savor a 3-course fine dining dinner featuring gluten-free and healthy options. Additionally, the chef is happy to tailor the menu to accommodate individual preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring a personalized and delightful culinary journey for all.

• WELCOME COCKTAIL - TEQUILA LIME MARGARITA
• NACHOS CON SALSAS - Fried corn tortilla chips topped with cheese sauce, served with a variety of slightly spicy and non-spicy sauces, including guacamole.

• 5 UNIQUE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN TASTINGS
• 1 - Tostada de Nopal (crisp corn tortilla with Cactus salad
• 2 - Gordita de Frijol (thick soft corn gordita with purè of Mexican beans, salad, and salsa pico de gallo)
• 3 - Tostada Azul con Guacamole Hummus (crisp blue corn tortilla with chickpea avocado Hummus)

• 4 - Quesadilla de Huitlacoche (white corn tortilla with Huitlacoche mushrooms and melted white cheese)
• 5 - Quesadilla de Flor (corn tortilla with Zucchini flowers and melted cheese). Green Salad as a side dish+ and a tasting of Mexican Salsas.
• DESSERT - Mousse Cacahuatl (Mouse made with coconut milk cream and peanut butter with caramelized peanuts).
